The POLIANGOLAR is a unique and an extensively used broaching device for producing accurate external or internal profiles.  This revolutionary attachment can easily, quickly and economically produce hexagonal, square, polygonal and other regular and irregular shaped profiles.  Off the shelf cutting tools are available for hexagon, square and 'torx' profiles, special shapes and sizes are available to order.

POLIANGOLOR produce seven different size attachments for internal profiles, covering a hexagonal broaching range up to 50mm A/F.  Two attachments for external profiles cater for a maximum size of 22mm hexagon.  The attachments can be fitted to a wide variety of machines from conventional drilling machines to fully automatic CNC lathes.
