The POLIANGOLAR can be installed easily and readily on a wide variety of machine tools, either as a complete cycle or as a second operation.  The attachment is particularly useful when used on automatic or semi-automatic lathes, for producing square or hexagon socket head screws and studs, in small or medium production runs.  When mounted on the tailstock or on the turret of a capstan lathe, the attachment can produce the finished part without requiring secondary operations. 

The POLIANGOLAR is also ideal for use on transfer machines and lends itself economically for use on milling machines and jig borers, where it provides a quick and easy method for cutting polygonal profiles.
