A balanced grinding wheel is essential for achieving grinding accuracies and a superior surface finish.
MPM produce a vast range of balancing heads that can be used to automatically ensure the grinding wheel is kept in a balanced mode. Heads can be provided with integrated Gap/Crash/Dress sensors.
Balancing heads in a wide range of sizes can be supplied in either the external or the ‘in-spindle’ version. Electronic Display and Control Units are available for balance only or balance plus Gap/Crash/ Dress Acoustic Emission options.
