Broaching Attachments
The POLIANGOLAR is a unique and an extensively used broaching device for producing accurate external or internal profiles.
This revolutionary broaching attachment can easily, quickly and economically broach hexagonal, square, polygonal and other regular and irregular shaped profiles. Off the shelf cutting tools are available for hexagon, square and ‘torx’ profiles, special shapes and sizes are available to order.
All broaching heads can be supplied with a wide variety of shanks, for mounting on to your machine.
POLIANGOLOR produce seven different sizes of broaching attachments for internal profiles, covering a hexagonal broaching range up to 50mm A/F. Two broaching attachments for external profiles cater for a maximum size of 22mm hexagon. The attachments can be fitted to a wide variety of machines from conventional drilling machines to fully automatic CNC lathes.
